Lifecell Disciple Building Process

We believe that once a person is saved, the exciting life-long journey to Christian maturity begins. Thus, a process for discipleship and accountability must be in place to ensure the maximum growth for the new believer.

The Lifecell Track and the Training Track provide strong Disciple Building Process that result in the people of God being equipped for the ministry of reconciliation. (Ephesians 4:11-16; 2 Corinthians 5:20)

• Clear path of leadership growth releases people into ministry.
• Progressive path to leadership - from member to spiritual parent to leader - helps those who are afraid to make the leap to take "baby steps".
• Leaders are tested and given an increasing sphere of influence according to their faithfulness.
